Room Air Conditioners…

I have a plug in electrical tester that indicates correct wiring, when plugged into most outlets the left two yellow lights are lit, however I have this one round outlet for a 20 amp circuit for an airconditioner, when I plug it in all three lights are lit

Hi, my name is Brian and I live in Tucson, AZ. Summer is in full swing here, which means the temperature reaches 110 degrees. My air conditioner stopped working last week and I have notified my landlord via voicemail. He has not fixed the problem or called to discuss a solution. I plan on calling the landlord a second time tomorrow. What should I do if he doesn’t respond to the second call?

Every air-conditioner I’ve ever owned has this written on it, and I can’t figure out why this is.

It seems that the water isn’t properly draining, do I need a pro to fix it?
