Room Air Conditioners…

I bought a new electrical motor for my air conditioner. It is a D7909 FASCO model, but the old motor had four color wires: red, yellow, brown & black while the new motor has four color wires: black, white, brown, and brown with a white stripe. I am not sure how to match them up. Can somebody help me?

Our house is 640 sq ft so it is very small. We are considering going with a Kenmore furnance and air conditioner. If anyone could give me a rough estimate I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Our Airconditioner was leaking Freon and the technician suggested replacing the Evap. coil. We have Central Air Conditioner? Does that mean they luwill replace entire unit that is inside the house ? How much does it cost? I have been quoted about 2500$ ? Is that OK ?
