Room Air Conditioners…

I live in Greece, Europe. I purchased a mobile airconditioner that makes too much noise, 2 days ago, and I am very dissatisfied with it according to consumer law am I entitled to get a refund?

Our air conditioner needs to be replaced and we are considering this product.
