I’m always chewing on pencils or moving in class
I’m easily distracted by noises like people opening doors,airconditioners ect.
I speak without thinking very often and cannot wait for my turn to speak
My mind jumps from a conversation to something completly off topic and random
And lastly I day dream CONSTANTLY I cant help it its just always present for me
Yesterday i found a Red Eared Slider my friend is bringing me a tank so right now i have it in this huge plastic container and its in my room swimming around in it and i change the water every couple hours. Now the container has no top & I cant heat it in anyway and it’s hot at night so i was wondering can i turn on my air conditioner without causing him harm?
PS When i change his water for warmer water it eventually gets a little cold but he doesn’t seem to mind
I have a tenant who says that the tenant’s air conditioner above him is leaking onto his steps that lead to his little front porch that leads to his front door. I have asked the tenant to move his a/c to another window, he said he cannot because his furniture is in the way. Does he have to move it by law? Am I going to get sued if tenant slips and falls due to water from a/c dripping?
The heat pump or air conditioner which is located outside the side of the house is making a racket when you turn it on. There is also no cool air coming from the system. I know that it probably needs service for freon but would like to see id anyone knows weather this could be fixed or needs a whole new unit. Money is tight and the unit is 15 years old. On the furnace a note placed by a local company was written down about the a/c but I don’t have a clue what it means. Can anyone help. feel free to write if you need additional info.
So all winter long the heater worked fine. Well we finally broke down and turned on the air conditioner because it was reaching the 100’s in our apartment. Well it worked for the first couple of hours then it stopped working. It still blew some cold air but not enough and not hard enough. We called the landlords and someone came out and looked at it today, but he says it needs a new air conditioner and has for some time. I guess he works for them a lot and he says they are over 40 Does anyone know what kind of action we can take if they don’t fix our air conditioner. I mean the reason why we chose this place was because it had central heat and air. My husband and I are beginning to suffer from imsomnia from not being able to sleep because of the heat. We have fans, but they just circulate the hot air. Please help if you know anything about landlord tenant laws of have been in this situation yourself.
