I’m thinking of buying a York furnace and air conditioner bu t know nothing of their quality?

We are building a house and would like to know what is the better brand of furnace and air conditioner? Bryant, Train, ect. Also what should it cost to install heat and air in a 1800 sq foot new construction home. We have 1800 sq feet upstairs and a walk out basement (1800 sq ft) that will also need heat, no air. Any input would be helpful.
