Which Is Better A Trane Or A York Air Conditioner For My Home?

I’m building a house and I signed my contract stating I would get a trane air conditioner and I come to find out they put in a york, I have gotten some opinions on both and was wondering what to do and find out what others thought….Please Help!!

IT”S AWFULLY HARD TO STOP A TRANE!!!!!
I’m a contractor and i know the rules, I must comply to all aspect i had signed in the contract. But in every rules there’s an excemption. If you found out that honest mistake occured in that matter and no disadvantages done to your side why not justify it and close the issue.
