		<description>I generally don&#039;t answer stupid questions, but it&#039;s like this:
If you go out and cut the electricity wire from your home, you won&#039;t use any, thus your bill will be lower.
Try to not use the computer at all, because you&#039;re wasting time on here asking stupid stuff that anyone with common sense could figure out.</description>
