you mean the blower inside the house or the fan on the condencing unit outside… if the fan inside not coming on you may have a power cutoff switch to the blower thats turned off try putting the fan on maneul on the thermast that will tell you if it has power if it comes on its ok and the therm is bad if not come on ck the power to the fan..

My air conditioner is down….it is a central air conditional system with 8000 BTU outside unit.
The technician told me that the compressor is down and suggested me to replace a compressor. But because the unit is pretty old and I would like to put a brand new unit on to save the future headache. But it seems like that there is no way for me to find such a small Central AC, all 8000 BTU that I have found so far are “window” AC……I would appreciate it very much if you can help me out on this.
Hey, I have an assignment to calculate the energy consumption of a 11 story building. I have calculated everything from the lift to the usuage of lights within the building. However, i m stuck when it comes to the airconditioning usage. Can anyone help me assuming the building has 2 units per story, quite a small size building spread over floors.
I need to know the usage in kwh/yr or kwh or kw of the system that is on 24/7. Thankyou very much for your help. The system would like to be as effiicient as possible, but if its not doesnt really matter.
Also i need the source, ie urself, title or company for the information.

You have a problem with your program in the unit. Some units have to be re-programmed. Even sometimes you must dis-connect the electrical, then wait a few minutes to re-connect. It should go off, if not you have faulty programmer.
