I have a window type aircondtioner.
My airconditioner has stopped cooling . as much as it used to do.
When checking what may be the cuase i increased the temprature I saw it spilling ice from the grill. (sort of which accumulates in the fridge and deep freezers)
The ac is draining water.
but the drain is not draining from its original position (left) but is draining from the other side (right)
would apprecite if some one could help.
Hi there people , my air conditioner has frozen over, I turned it off for a few hours , and when I turn it back on .. it is blowing out some water. Any way to fix this ? Thanks everyone, all answers appreciated. :]
front of the air conditioner vent? We simply cannot afford a swamp cooler. I am assuming that this putting some moisturizer in this extremely dry air will cool it off better, as the a/c is working optimal and well. My concern is mold… i’ve been told black mold is deathly toxic here and will actually grow in your veins if you breath it in. The machine I bought stops working at sixty percent humidity level and I’ve already noticed a great difference. Should I be concerned about this mold? I should also add that this is a very fine mist humidifyer and you cannot even see the moisture coming out of it. Thanks.

Can I place this in a window sideways. . when I bought the air conditioner they told me not to tip it on its side. .but someoen said I could put it in the window sideways. . is this true if not please tell me why I cannot place this in the window sideways! thanks
In the window installed airconditioning unit, does the fan blade supposed to touch the water in the pan and splash it onto the radiator? It’s installed not completely horyzontally and the blade does’t touch the water level, what’s the right way?
It seems that the water isn’t properly draining, do I need a pro to fix it?
