the odor is sometimes also emitted by old freezer or refrigerators.

I live in New Orleans , it stays humid and when it rains the humidity gets higher so I have a bad problem with mold getting in my units all the time.

We are building a house and would like to know what is the better brand of furnace and air conditioner? Bryant, Train, ect. Also what should it cost to install heat and air in a 1800 sq foot new construction home. We have 1800 sq feet upstairs and a walk out basement (1800 sq ft) that will also need heat, no air. Any input would be helpful.

I have a single detached house and my 2 ton central air conditioner just broke down. I want to get a new one. I have being offered two different brand of air conditioner, one is York and the other one is Keeprite. Can anybody tell me which one I should get for the money?
